Moving in Strongsville
The 4 Bedroom and 5 Bedroom kits go out to Strongsville more than anywhere else we serve. Bigger homes mean more rooms, more closets, and a two-car garage that has quietly become storage. A lot of these are families relocating in from elsewhere in the county, or moving up from a first house in a closer-in suburb — moves with real volume and a longer packing runway.
Driveways here are wide and loading is easy, which is a genuine change of pace from Lakewood or Tremont: we can set the whole kit down at the garage and you can work straight out of it. The SouthPark Mall area and the Route 82 corridor are about 45 minutes from our base in Eastlake, so we schedule Strongsville alongside our other southwest runs — a few days' notice gets you the window you want.
