Moving in Akron
The University of Akron sets the rhythm here. August and May are a crush of student and young-professional moves, and those are short-distance, high-volume, walk-it-up-the-stairs moves — the kind where a stack of identical totes on a dolly saves real hours. Around that, we're in Highland Square apartments, Firestone Park bungalows, Wallhaven doubles, and the larger houses out toward the Merriman Valley.
One scheduling note that's specific to Akron: at roughly 50 minutes from our base in Eastlake, you're our furthest regular stop. We run Akron deliveries in blocks rather than one-off trips, so booking a few days ahead gets you the window you actually want. If your date is flexible by a day, tell us and we'll usually find you a better slot.
